Hor-Vandal is a smaller, down to scale version of Swov, only more determined to promote cage fighting and Gladiator tournaments. Though there are casinos, it's mostly whether your a good fighter or not.

The Switchblades keep things in order by scaring off anything Greyvale, and having strict export and import guidelines. There's only one rule on Deka-Corbah: There are no rules.
